Douglas Brooks

MS, Exercise Physiologist

Douglas is the director of programming for COREFX, BOSU® and RealRyder® Indoor Cycling. A former Ironman® triathlete and author of numerous books, he’s the director of athlete conditioning for Sugar Bowl Ski Academy, working with elite junior and professional athletes. Douglas was inducted into the U.S. National Fitness Hall of Fame, has been honoured by canfitpro as the International Presenter of the Year, and was IDEA’s Personal Trainer of the Year in 2014.

The Brutez

Rucky “ruKus” McKinley and Andrew “Dance Fever” also known as The Brutez™ with backgrounds in all styles of dance with specialties in street styles hip hop, popping and animation, have traveled all over the world making their mark as the dancing body builders with a highly effective and motivating style. They have danced for artists/celebrities such as Chris Brown, Omarion, Vin Diesel and The Les Twins, As well as been in movies and shows such as So You Think Can Dance and The X factor.

Lynda Turner

As a biologist with a passion for cheese, Alexandria ON’s Lynda Turner was unimpressed by the vegan cheeses on the market; she created Zengarry fauxmages as healthier, higher, quality alternatives to dairy-free cheese.
