Phone registration will be accepted using visa or master card to guarantee current rate. Signed waivers and session requests must be received (fax, mail, email) within 7 business days of payment. Please note: session requests are not accepted by phone. Indicate “registered by phone” on your form using the checkbox to avoid duplicate billing.
- On-Site Registration: Level 600, Metro Toronto Convention Centre
Registrations made after August 15, will be accepted on Level 600 of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Payments can be made by cash, debit, visa or master card. No cheques/money orders. Session requests will be on a stand-by basis for on-site registrations. Please note: on-site registration are non-refundable.
Registrations done before August 15, should receive a confirmation and receipt by email. If you have not received a confirmation within one week of your registration (allow more time for mail) please contact us at 416-493-3515, 1-800-667-5622 or email us at email@example.com. Your email confirmation is required for you to sign in at the Registration Desk prior to attending sessions.
Refer a friend, client, co-worker or family member to register for the event and receive a $50 canfitpro gift certificate to use at the canfitpro booth in the expo hall and/or future canfitpro purchases including courses, certifications and more! To be eligible, referrals must clearly write your name in section 5 of the registration form and must be a first-time attendee. Gift certificate will be available at the registration desk when signing in.
Groups of 4 or more will receive $10 off each registration fee (before tax). Groups of 10 or more are eligible for one complimentary registration, when 10 registrations are made the eleventh registration is complimentary, each registration will also receive the $10 discount. Please note: Complimentary registrations do not include Professional Membership.
Send group registrations by fax, email or mail and include a cover sheet listing all group members and clearly indicate the name of the person to receive the complimentary registration. If any members of the group are paying by cheque then all registration must be received by mail. Group registrations cannot be submitted online.
canfitpro world fitness expo treats all attendees including those with special access needs with respect and dignity. People with special needs are entitled to the same access as any other attendee. Persons with disabilities are required to pay full admission however one attendant/caregiver will receive complimentary admission. Admission for the attendant/caregiver will be provided at the canfitpro Registration Desk on Level 600 of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. For the full canfitpro AODA policy please click here.
Once registrations are processed, discounts/promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to Intensive workshops or additional materials they apply to event registration fees only.
Fill in the session codes on the space provided on the registration form. Fill in your first to forth request for each time slot to increase the likelihood of being registered for a session of your choice. Registrations done online have LIVE session selection, this is the fastest and easiest way to register.
Stand by Procedure
If all session requests are full, you will be assigned a “stand-by” status, which allows you to attend any sessions during that time slot on a space-available basis. You will be admitted to the session after pre-registered attendee. Equipment may not be available for stand-by delegates.
To confirmed attendees: Arrive to your sessions 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the session, you run the risk of losing your space if you arrive late.
- Cancellations for event and/or Intensive Workshop must be received in writing (fax/mail) to canfitpro or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Cancellation received more than 60 days prior to the published start date of the event will not incur cancellation penalties
- Cancellations received between 5 and 60 days prior to the published start date of the event will be charged an admisitrative fee of 15% of the total event registration fee (plus applicable taxes)
- No refunds will be issued for cancellation received less than five (5) days prior to the published start dates of the event.
- No refund or credits will be given for no-shows, partially used for registration and on-site registration.
